King in the....?

Which Indian King suits this?
I’ve been reflecting on how Ned Stark’s decisions could have altered the fate of the Seven Kingdoms, and a wild theory came to mind: What if Ned and Tywin Lannister had struck a secret deal?
Imagine the scene: Lannister soldiers have sacked the city. Ned enters the Red Keep to find Aerys dead and Jaime perched on the Iron Throne. In the original timeline, he calls Jaime "Kingslayer" to his face. But in this version, Ned has his men remove Jaime from the throne and sits there himself.
He then summons Tywin and proposes a "silent pact" with the following terms:
Tywin agrees not to interfere with Robert’s reign.
Northern lords like Rickard Karstark and Robett Glover take seats on the Small Council, while their sons are trained in "Southern tactics."
The Lannisters agree never to overshadow Stark influence at court.
The Lannister bannermen responsible for Elia Martell’s death are executed, framed as "illegal mercenaries" acting on behalf of Targaryen-haters.
In exchange for that:
Cersei marries Robert as planned.
Ned takes the killing of Aerys on himself, citing it was his duty as a son and a brother.
Jaime is stripped of Kingsguard and sent to Casterly Rock as Tywin's heir.
This deal is purely between Starks and Lannisters and Robert or anyone shall never know about it.
