Strange feeling of déjà vu and dream-like memories
Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I hope to find someone who may have experienced the same things and found some kind of solution.
Im a 23 years old girl
For a few days now, I’ve been having very intense “déjà vu” episodes followed by “memories” that probably come from dreams—they’re not memories of real events. It’s really hard to explain, but it feels like my brain tightens, and this gives me a sense of dizziness and sometimes nausea. They last a very short time, maybe 5–10 seconds.
I’ve read that they could be seizures or epilepsy. I can’t fully explain to anyone exactly what I feel because it’s so strange. Some of these “memories” almost seem like they come from a video game. They cause me a lot of anxiety.
