I am wondering what the actual calories for grits are (salt no butter). The box says 140 for a 1/4 cup (assuming that means uncooked). After cooking one serving I weighed it - about 135 grams- which the internet says is around 70-100 calories. What’s the real number? I know I can just go with the higher or split the difference but was just wondering what the actual number is.
