[HIRING] Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Reps — 1099 / Commission Only

Jackson Investments Group is hiring Remote Acquisitions Representatives.
We buy houses in Phoenix, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Cleveland, and we're looking for people who are confident on the phone, competitive, coachable, and interested in developing real-world sales experience.

The Role

You'll speak directly with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. Your job is to qualify the opportunity, build rapport with the seller, negotiate, and work toward getting the property under contract.
This is a sales position, not a customer-service or appointment-setting role.

💰 Compensation

• 30% of the assignment fee on company-provided leads
• 50% of the assignment fee on deals you generate yourself
• Commission only
• No salary, hourly wage, or draw
• Uncapped earning potential

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable talking to people on the phone
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive and self-motivated
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to handle rejection and follow up consistently
• 15+ hours/week during U.S. daytime hours
• Computer, headset, and reliable internet

Real estate or sales experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you our process.

You can work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can consistently work during U.S. daytime hours.
