I’m finding that my muscles can handle more volume but I’m getting tired during my workout keeping me from doing more meaningful sets.

I have found that I get really good stimulus (and enjoyment) out of heavy weight low rep sets (sometimes down in the 6-8 range) and I think this could be contributing to my fatigue.

Do I need to change the rep range to keep pushing volume or are there adjustments I should be making?
