Easy pho at home for hard nights?
Hey all,
I love pho with beef meatballs. It is my ultimate comfort food when I’ve had a bad day.
That said, I’m aware of how laborious the process can get. Do any of the chefs here have a shortcut on how they prep their pho at home?
