I have a BS in Psychology from a state university that I went to straight out of high school. I'm now 31, a mom to a child with a disability, and working 30 hours a week at a bottom-rung job that I stepped down to for the sake of said child. My life looks completely different, A. from how it did when I was 21 and B. than I ever imagined it'd look at this point.
I now have the opportunity to do this MS program, so I start in July! I'd love to hear from other folks who had a long break in their studies and came back, or parents/caregivers, if there's any advice you have or things you wish you knew going into it. Thank you!
