strawberry hemangioma

Our girl was born 31+1 and is now almost 16 weeks. She has 3 hemaniomas, one which started to become a problem after about 2 months. Its on the back of her head and was getting irritated and ulcerating, got antibiotics for it and wanted to wait a bit before starting proponalol. Sadly it started to get worse so we had start before she was a month adjusted age. She's now been on it for 3 weeks and the other 2 seem to have flattened out. The big one has been leaking some fluid on and of during the weeks and has a big crust. Sometimes I'm sure it shrank other times not.

I'm just hoping for people with experience with ulcerating hemangioma and the proponalol and how long it takes to heal or what to expect? It's in a spot where it makes it painful for her to roll her head or keep it in the middle.

Any stories welcome! thanks (posted here because preterm babies are more likely to develop them)
