Am i wrong?
I paid over $1,000 or 1,151.44 to be exact. total for two highlight sessions for what to just come out not being blonde? first session we had done a color correction and we discussed how i don't like my orange and red tones and would like some highlights and that's what i'm paying for, i get i did have some hair industry with box dyes and that's why i paid 560$ my first session to do hair mask and a color correction and even out my hair with the patches and i felt good after my first session but my second session i specifically said i wanted bold blonde highlights because that's what i came for and we started with a full head of highlights and the pieces that were being pulled from the foil were a beautiful gold blonde so i trusted the process thinking i would get what i wanted and what we discussed and what was promised to be brighter not more orange. and I left with results that still look very dark and not what I requested. I asked for bold blonde highlights, and I don't feel the final result matches what we discussed. I'm really disappointed and would like to talk about if i should ask for a refund ?
