I bought tickets for my show during the artist pre- sale bought the best seats I could afford. Months later the show is nowhere near sold out and the prices have dropped 30%. Tried exchanging seats so i could at least get the best seat for the price I paid and Ticketmaster was no help.

Sucks supporting the artist during a pre-sale and this is how we get treated.
