Hey I hope everyone is doing well!

I got my microlocs installed a 5 months ago now and I recently tried this new Aveeno moisturizing oat blend shampoo. I washed my hair yesterday and I kept my hair in a ponytail today. I suddenly noticed that my Ends were straight as if I had relaxed them. They’re usually pretty coily. After applying some water, they reverted back to something similar to their original state but I am still slightly worried. Is this something I should worry about?
