I work as a CSM. In my previous roles I handled clientele for a similar product suite. I had dabbled in the realm of the product but never this vertical.
Real Estate
There are gems like all Client Success but there’s people who are downright rude, I’ve been around the block I’ve ended my fair share of phone calls professionally, but part of me wants to know if it’s the vertical or if it’s just a recent string of luck.
My leadership says I’m doing great, excellent understanding of the product suite, but sometimes I want to kick people out of my book. Sometimes you should be chastised for being talked to like that.
Sometimes I want to go leave the business ten bad reviews. Because if they speak to a CSM like that, imagine how they treat other people.
The market sucks I’m grateful for my job. But is this just the life of a CSM in property tech?
