Just want to share my experience as a sales manager coordinating with different stylists. Our company works with outsourced stylists depending on the preferences of the bride and groom. Recently, however, the stylist mentioned has consistently put other companies in difficult situations.
They were given ample time to set up their decorations, and everything had already been coordinated with the wedding coordinator, along with the other companies involved in the event. Despite this, there have been multiple instances where this event stylist caused delays for reasons they could not even properly explain.
Whenever they were asked to speed up the setup, they would instead double down even more and continue taking their time, which created further delays and placed unnecessary pressure on the other organizers to make up for the lost time they caused.
I’m sharing this to make sure couples are aware of what they may be dealing with and the possible issues that could affect their special day.
