Hey, I’m in Sc and have a Capitol one charge off For $3,800. I was served court papers for May 27th.

I have the full amount after saving. if I pay the full amount I’d be wiped out.

- id gladly pay the full amount if I can get a charge off deletion. I know capitol one is very strict. if not then lump sum.

- I’m 23y. In a span of 3 years, I lost my younger brother & my sister. then My parents almost lost the house.

i want to explain to someone who would listen. not for an excuse but understanding. Being able to take off the charge off would make such a difference in rebuilding my life.
