Hi!

I'm having an issue with Vivaldi's vertical tab panel.

My setup is a bit "unusual"—I've integrated several elements into the vertical tab panel, similar to Arc Browser: the address bar, extensions, etc.

For a while now, I’ve noticed a problem in auto-hide mode: when I expand an extension at the top of the panel or the search bar at the bottom, I can only interact with them up to a certain point—after that, the screen stops responding (see video)

The issue occurs on Windows 11 and macOS (Vivaldi Browser stable version 8.0), but does not occur when "auto-hide" is disabled.

Thank you in advance for your help if anyone has encountered this issue before! I tried to report the bug to the developers but was unable to submit a report.
