Decline of democracy in terms of accountability.

The new govt promises to fix education system in WB. But this is their track record... and this is not the first time either. I don't get how people believe them (I know that the tmc regime completely destroyed the education system).

Among many other issues, the tradition of accountability of the elected representatives (ministers) has take a big hit in post 2024 India. Paper leak, major train accident... earlier ministers used to take responsibility and resign, but look how these people run away.
