I'm not new to chainmail, but I haven't picked up my pliers in months- maybe that's why I'm having such a hard time?

I also can't tell if this is really a Half Persian and I'm confusing myself at this point! I have tried HP3 and HP4

And are each pair of rings the same size or is one slightly smaller? I have mostly tried with 5/16" ID AR 6.8, though

I've been trying everything I can think of and nothing I do is even remotely panning out! I've reverse image searched, scoured youtube, I'm driving myself crazy!!!!

Can anyone offer guidance on these points (weave, ring size(s), how to start?)
