My swm and user cess increased to 40k of total property tax i pay yearly its almost 3.5k monthly.

I am already paying 2k monthly to the contractor of sewage person. I think its bribe and also monthly 200 for the driver of the van.

If i dont pay bribe monthly to the contractor he wont take garbage, if i dont pay 200 to driver he wont stop at my house. And govt forcibly taling another 40k in addition to all these.

I heard in gemini if i put private sewage collector people i no need to pay any taxes except nominal payment for private person.

Is it true? Also my area people fearing that this local contractor may create problems if we dont pay to him.

I have purchased a building 1.5 years back but since then govt changed rules and not issuing b khata for my property. The Khata is still in the name of previous owner. ARO saying without khata transfer he can’t change name in property tax also.

My lawyer tried but backed due to no approvals.

I paid 18 lakhs as tax while registration and paying property tax nearly 1.5 lakhs every year. Still why Govt not able to do a simple khata transfer.
