The flower on my BloomStruck hydrangea fell over I think during a storm but it has me wondering if I didn’t plant it deep enough? Help!

Gave our front beds a mini makeover for our first shot at gardening. We added the 2 peonies and 2 dappled willows. The hostas and arborvitae will stay for now! Would love any advice for filler plants to add (annuals or perennials) some summer color!
