Horrible oven and spoiled food
Hey guys!
Just to Set the scene - it's my mom's birthday within less than a few hours and I was originally planning on Baking a cake. I make the batter, open up the door to the oven and a literal wave of stink Hits me (I rarely ever use the oven)
There was spoiled food in the oven that somebody has left standing there for multiple days. Everything stinks. When i Look some stuff up, people say to leave cleaning supplies sitting for a night but I just dont have the time to Do that.
I also dont feel safe Baking a cake in this oven at all, would just be a health hazard.
Ive already take out the trays and cleaned those but the oven still reeks
What do I Do? how Do I get this oven clean enough to bake in within just a few hours?
Edit/Update : Thank you for everybody and their recommendations! The kitchen smells a lot better than it did before and I Do feel a little More confident that Ill somehow manage to get it done within the next 5 or 6 hours or so!
After this, I'll definitely run a deep clean and share my frustrations with the Rest of the family for leaving noodles and vegetables in there for that long.
