No sugar challenge for 40 days

I really, really enjoy running. Now that it is spring, it is even more fun to run with all the trees blooming with pretty flowers. But I recently got my leg injured, and I am in my bed all day long, barely moving. All my willpower goes into trying to adapt to these crutches, and I am giving in easily to devouring junk food (chips, noodles, chocolates, and all).

I want to recover quickly to be able to run like before. I am trying to build my willpower right when I find it the most difficult to have.

So, I AM UP FOR A FORTY-DAY NO SUGAR, NO JUNK FOOD CHALLENGE.

P.S. I like to set these challenges to 40 days, inspired by the beauty of the number 40 from 40 rules of Love book
