Tapering down Lexapro, starting low dose of prozac

What can I expect while I adjust? I am SO scared of getting serotonin syndrome. I am taking 10mg of Lexapro for a week and taking 10mg of prozac. After the week is up, I stop the Lexapro and increase the prozac to 20mg. I'm just hella nervous! I just took my first dose tonight.
