Hi ladies, I am hoping to get your recs on vaginal dryness.

I am 36 and have been on the progesterone only pill for the past 4 years. As a result of that (and probably my age) I've gotten vaginal and vulva dryness in varying degrees.

I am wondering if anyone has any good products they reccomended? I was prescribed oestrogen cream a few years back and it was helpful but prescription only and going to the dr here is a bit of a headache.

Any recommendations? Bonus points if you're in Aus 🙏
