I live in Canada, but we do get quite a few European/French Pharmacy products.

Just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for hydrating serums or toners that do not have hyaluronic acid. I’m not necessarily opposed to HA, but I do prefer very simple formulations. So, a short/minimal ingredient list is definitely key.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciate!
