Built something from a personal struggle. First-time founder looking for honest advice
Building my first startup at 21 as a non-tech founder from Mumbai.
A few years ago in college, I went through a bad health phase that triggered severe anxiety and panic attacks. It was one of the toughest phases of my life.
What frustrated me most was how hard it was to find simple, practical support that actually helps in daily life.
That stayed with me, and instead of just moving on, I decided to build something for people going through the same thing. That’s how I started building EaseOut.
I’m non-tech, so I’ve been learning everything from scratch. Product, design, app launches, user feedback, making mistakes every week 😅
Would genuinely love honest advice from founders here:
What should a first-time founder in India focus on early?
What mistakes should I avoid?
And if anyone’s open to giving honest feedback on the app, I’d genuinely appreciate it.
Just here to learn.
