It was a peaceful drive today along the coastal highway.

Enjoying a really fresh and delicious shrimp ceviche from Nays Delights. Nothing beats fresh seafood on a beautiful day in Belize.

These are the two boilers that were used at the Serpon Sugar Mill when it was operating in 1867. The boilers heated water to produce steam, which powered the entire mill. Without these boilers, the mill would not have been able to operate or produce sugar.
