I'm just confused about the use of modifier 10 in telehealth, is there still any originating site restriction on it. I've read all the relevant material and I came to conclusion that we can use POS 10 (Home telehealth) for any telehealth service even if it's not related to mental health until 12/31/2027, because in 2028 only behavioral health services will be paid with POS 10 according to HHS Medicare telehealth flexibilities.Thanks.
