I was a passenger in car crash and the other driver was at fault. The at fault parties adjuster offered me a 1250$ payout already. I went to the er after, for my facial burn and swelling. Then to urgent care and got diagnosed with a trap strain. & also had a derm checkup. I also received a tetanus shot & had to take Muscle Relaxers. Should I counter off? It’s with progressive
