Triplets at 10 days old, mom keeping up with all three

This mother goat had triplets at a farm near the India-Bhutan border, now 10 days old and doing well. She's got 4 nipples, so feeding three kids hasn't been an issue. This video is from right after birth, still wet and just starting to nurse.

Anyone else raised triplets? Curious if there's anything specific to watch for when a doe is nursing three at once versus one or two.

Stray with severe untreated mange in Jaigaon, West Bengal - best low-cost treatment options as a volunteer?

This is one of several strays in our area with untreated mange, and there's no regular vet access. Treating every dog individually isn't realistic on volunteer funds.

For anyone who's dealt with mange at scale in street dog populations, what's worked for you? Ivermectin dosing, medicated baths, diet, anything that's actually affordable and doable without a vet on call for every case.

Any input appreciated. Trying to help as many dogs as possible with limited resources.
