So I took on a role in which they gave me room to improve my knowledge in metagenomics analyses. I have some experienced working in the field but I'm still far from being an expert. I worked with shotgun metagenomic datasets but nothing outside of that, and even there, I think I fall short on regards of parametrization and leveraging analyses that may be performed.

What courses are out there that are actually useful to learn how to handle metagenomics analyses and are actually useful?
