Creating a Skyrim character who has Dyspraxia?

I am dyspraxic, and I think it's a game for a person who has dyspraxia.

I was thinking, what if I created a character in the game who also has dyspraxia?

What race, role, character, skills, etc?

Looking at the skill tree (and my own dyspraxic self), I think some skills I'd avoid.

Like crafting, especially smithing. Alchemy, who knows what disasters I create - I cook at home, but cuts, spills, etc, are common, and my cooking isn't exactly deadly poison at home. Enchanting, not so sure, does it require good attention and fine coordination?

Weapons skills, forget it, just like in real life. Too dangerous with my coordination. That goes also for ranged destruction spells. Block requires reflexes.

Sneak? Not likely, I'd be bumping into things all the time. Lockpicking, pickpocketing? Not very likely. Illusion might need precision?

So what's left, if I'm trying to play dyspraxic?

It seems like alteration, restoration (spells, not doing surgery), speech. Dragon shouts themselves don't need to seem much coordination, though I could mess up the timing.

And what race?

Argonian might be good, dive into water to get out of danger, though in real life, I am one very dyspraxic swimmer.

Dark Elf? My ability to generate fire is likely to accidentally burn others.

So, my gamer dyspraxics? Thoughts?

EDIT: Dyspraxia is a condition that affects one's general coordination, eye had coordination. Being able to do things in games quickly and precisely is difficult.
