Grading reports

Had my first submissions back, a 9 and 10 but thought they’d have graded the reverse of what I got.

I paid for the report and it is useless, I then asked for the scans or some further information to support their surface grade and was told that there’s no scans.

My question is how can they assure the grades and be compliant if there is no record of the reports, for instance a grader could say there are issues and when questioned just say there’s no imaging just trust what our team have decided…

Similarly, if defects aren’t visible when enclosed then how can they decide it “detracts from the eye appeal”? I asked this question and was told that it is within their policy, but they mark their own homework and I wonder if any regrades ever happen…
