Hey guys,

I got 16 weeks of pay and 5 vacation days paid out along with extending my benefit usage by 2 months. Worked just below 4 years.

I'm in the tech industry and it's brutal here. The offer seems fair but considering how bad the market is, should I pursue for more?

EDIT: thanks for all the advice everyone, I decided to take the deal and move on!
