C0R0 Nefer - C2R0 Lauma - Xingqiu (going to be replaced soon with C0R0 Columbina) - Sucrose

Lauma on 2EM+2EM
Sucrose on Deepwood
Columbina gonna be on SMS

Would it be worth/a sensible upgrade trying to replace the Goblet or Circlet with EM main stat + CR and CDMG subs instead of ER? Or can I stick to this without loosing that much?
Don't really want to invest too much time (or worse, resources) trying minmaxing if the upgrade will be really minimal.

Disk 5 Main Stat on M2+

What's the best main stat between ATK% and Physical DMG for M2+?
Considering I already overcapped crit rate without disk 5 (53%) and I can craft a Physical with ATK%+CDMG sub, will it be better or should I go for ATK% main and maybe PEN + CDMG sub?
