Is it possible to remove the shadow on my face? Thanks!

Is anyone able to make the guy on the right’s eyes more open? Didn’t notice until he’d gone home so couldn’t correct it. 2nd photo is how his eyes are normally from the same photoshoot incase that’s helpful.
