Just looking for advice.

When gaming on WiFi my ping will randomly spike causing 10-15 seconds of lag every ~5 minutes. It doesn’t do this when I’m using a direct Ethernet connection.

I only have an Ethernet port in my living room, but I want to move my computer into a different room and am just wondering if there is a solution.

I live in an apartment complex and have Xfinity that is provided through the building, it is my own WiFi (requiring its own password and Xfinity account, but I don’t have a router in my apartment.)
