Hey y'all, working on an animatronics project; a Skeleton Streamer, and I am looking for software recommendations and advice about capturing movement from a camera, and translating that to move servos on the animatronic.

The end goal is to have my own head movements mirrored to the servo in his neck. I currently have to manually move the servo with a python app and keyboard controls.

Any advice or tips are thoroughly welcomed!
