Is Act III definitely an album?

I was reading this article from Variety that was written shortly after the whole trilogy era kicked off. It has me wondering: Has act iii actually been confirmed to be an album, or are we just assuming that’s what’s next?
Other things that are giving me pause:
Yvette recently said “no album is coming” when rumors were circulating act iii would be tied to the met gala
The 10th anniversary of Lemonade post featuring 3 lemons… perhaps a clue that act iii will be a visual project like Lemonade was?
Act iii is largely assumed to be rock, but there were already lots of rock elements in Cowboy Carter, e.g. Ya Ya, samples from Chuck Berry and Rosetta Tharpe, cover of a Beatles song. Additionally, Cowboy Carter tour visuals already featured references to some of the artists that are largely expected to be influential to and/or honored on Act iii, e.g. Tina Turner, Prince. Of course, Cowboy Carter wasn’t a rock album in the way many of us are anticipating act iii to be, but it seems there would be some overlap and redundancy if Act iii were indeed a rock record.
