I got an overage fee of $50.00 + $13.26 tax on my invoice along with my regular billing charges. This is my second month of payment, so I have no idea what this is. My regular plan is “Zoom Phone US & Canada Unlimited Calling.” Please tell me what I can do so this overage fee does not appear on next month’s bill.
