Dude. I don't know if they're doing this on purpose or i'm just an idiot. I ordered UGGS before and asked for a size 47. I cross referenced the shoes with 2 shoe size websites and an A.I bot to make SURE they were the right size and they sent me a size 16. I refunded the order cause i guess they do EU sizes then and i SPECIFICALLY ASKED for a size 12 or even a 13 and all 3 shoes came in either 11 or 14 both being a "size 45". Did i not use the right chart? Am i slow? I don't want to accuse the site but bro do they even read my note ???
