People like to downplay the Omni King for relying on the God-pad to watch the fighters in the Tournament of Power, but the Zenos specifically state in the Dyspo vs Frieza fight that they can't _see_ it because of hiw fast they were moving. What many people forget about Dragonball is that tracking and watching combat in Dragonball has been done through sensing Ki, not pure eyesight, since at least the 23rd Budokai. Meanwhile Zeno was keeping track of the ToP with raw eyesight. He didn't have any problem following Goku vs Jiren and both were blitz tiers faster than Dyspo, so it clearly isn't just about speed, Zeno just prefers seeing rather than sensing Ki.
