Is there a better website to find events than logging in each time? I want to make some Western friends before the fall. Freshman btw

Is it any good nowadays? Or is it just a seedy club?

I wish that there was more spots where young people (21 to 30) years old to hang out that isn’t loud and obnoxious. I am fine with drunk people, but I want to actually talk. I don’t drink, smoke, or even do sports. I would like a partner, but dating apps are a scam. Sorry, had to rant somewhere
