I literally have to redo the entire thing every time I add something. wtf!

I’m on the $100 plan, and absolutely love Codex. I migrated from Claude after Opus4.7 💩 and have been extremely impressed with the app itself and gpt5.5.

That being said, I’ve spent the past couple of weeks working through some major video editing and animation stuff, which goes to codex when I’m finished, but there are days right now where I don’t leave Final Cut/Motion for like 12 hours and don’t touch codex.

I’m at like 97% usage remaining and my week ends on May 11. I have a few automations that I run every day but they don’t even put a dent in my usage. I’ve also had him sort my entire disk and external hard drive into “probably delete” “definitely delete” and “did you mean to have 12 copies of this?” folders. Pretty tempted at this point to just ask him to create one of my idea apps in one pass after project mode just to get some usage in, but also I really wish I could “gift” my usage on week’s like this.

I guess it’s just a new modern anxiety, but all in all I have no complaints because I’m at peak productivity and more importantly, peak happiness these past few months.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else deals with this inner struggle.
