A leader to BELIEVE in?

Have you ever in your professional or personal life as an adult had a leader who inspires you like Napoleon inspired his soldiers? If so, what was that like for example having that person as a boss vs before them. If not- do you wish you had someone who (even if flawed) was able to inspire and lead you as Napoleon did? Many felt a purpose serving him.
