I work with a kid on the weekends who is a gigantic fan of Thomas and Friends. While looking through his big pile of toys I came across this one that stood out to me because it has the same glasses and beard as I do. When I asked him who it was/what their name was, he said he didn't know. I did some googling and checked the wiki, I found characters with glasses, characters with facial hair, blue ones, but none that matched what this one looks like. I wouldn't be surprised if it were a bootleg toy but am a little surprised that if that's the case, this is the only one I haven't been able to connect to a real character in the series. Any info about this guy would be helpful 🎊
