I need instant help, they are everywhere and I don’t know what they are!

These are the best photos I could get, they are so so small and are everywhere, I don’t know what they are so I cant figure out how to get rid of them efficiently.

Edit: I believe I have identified this bug as a Bird mite thanks to two users within the comments.

(Yes this was identified with THAT picture quality)
