Hello so I broke my femur last week and just got my hard cast, they gave me crutches but I really just need help on comfort tips and just how to live with them, I’m willing to answer any questions as well, just DM me if you have any questions or wanna talk!!

Hello so I recently got surgery and am now in a double hip spica cast at 16years old and was just wondering if anybody had any like tips, advice or just overall helpful info for being in this.
