I honestly am so sick and tired of PCOS. Been seeing a gyn and got put on bc pills and metformin for irregular cycles and insulin resistance. My menstrual cycles have been happening every week to every two weeks and it’s just exhausting. And I honestly don’t know what to do because I’m in constant pain. I got put on a different bc pill and nothing seems to have changed. Are any of you going through something similar? If so, what did you do to help?
