Has someone upgraded from the Rex c100 to the auber pid or has compared these two?
Got a (clone?) version of the Rex c100 off Amazon and it really disappoints me. Whatever I dial in (even Autotune) it creates an almost constant overshoot of around 7C.
My version is only compatible to K type thermocouple, so maybe that’s a part of the problem.
So has someone had a similar experience and discovered a solution? Or maybe a completely different PID I haven’t had in mind?
In the end Auber is also quite expensive with shipping to Europe.
