Life and Death
en el ranchito. New life and death are constant. This caballo. She was near death. Neglected, underfed, and likely mishandled. She was headed for death. But instead. She was rescued and given a new life. Time with her brings new life into my world.
This week. Two pollitos didn’t live and this morning there are three more. I see death and life. Literally and figuratively. I pray that Death does not come for my girl Tormenta, for many years. It’s not necessary to ask for personal proof and signs in water and dreams. Death is everywhere everyday.
Last photo is my beautiful girl healthy and happy and (mostly) sweet as can be.
